Hot on the heels of the highly profitable Queer As Folk comes Vol 2, another great collection of hi-NRG TV-tie-in floor fillers guaranteed to get you strutting your funky stuff. From the all-time classics like The Real Thing's "You To Me Are Everything" to more contemporary kitsch like the club mix of Shaft's "Mucho Mambo (Sway)" via the 1980s hell that was Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up", you can smell the sweaty sequins from the dramatic opening chords onwards. The pounding beats are relentless as disco stormer merges into club classic and onwards and upwards into the scary world of drag queen classics (Divine's "Walk Like A Man" anyone?). So get your stack heels on, don your feather boa, fix your hair and hit the floor--it's going to be a long night. --Helen Marquis

Whatever your sexual orientation, or whether you watched the series or not, this CD will appeal to all us 30-somethings, and at least one track will end up putting a cheesy grin on your face when you suddenly remember something best forgotten. The ultimate party CD which actually has the ability to get everyone dancing at a party!! This CD spans the generations, lets face it, whether we admit it or not, we all know the words to the Abba tracks! Whack it on when doing the housework to make it less boring, or put it on at the gym as the beat will help keep the momentum going. A must!

Classic Queer trash music spins out at you the moment the CD spins in the hole of your player. This is just the best kind of party music with the opening track by Indigo "Haven't you heard" taking you straight (well gay) back to the opening shot's of the first ever episode. This is brilliant - buy it and enjoy.

Queer As Folk Volume 2the best soundtrack to your saturday "getting ready to hit the town" time.taken from the hit series queer as folk,which tells the story of 2 30ish gay lads hitting the manchester gay scene every night.all seems well,one fancys the other,but he doesn't know it!.then a 15 year old called nathan turns up out of the blue....life won't be the same again!!

A great soundtrack to a great TV show -- stick it on and have a laugh. It's cheesy music, but you won't find a better party CD around at the moement!
