I saw the film just after it was released and it was a marvellous start to cinema going in 2010.If you love Italy,cinema or those memories of the 60's,then this is the film for you.If you enjoy a musical score which briliantly comments on the storyline and the characters,this soundtrack is for you.
In fact,I thought the score so terrific that I purchased the soundtrack shortly after seeing the film.All the cast have their own special vocal moment and all seize such moments with sheer panache and relish.
This cd will be a very special memory of a very special film whilst waiting for the DVD.
To all concerned with this recording-MILLE GRAZIE !

I loved the film but was also aware that I would be one of the few who did. It brought back so many memories of seeing lots of Italian films in the sixties, including Fellini 8 1/2 on which this is based. All the artists perform exceedingly well and the music has many echoes of Nino Rota who wrote the music for most of Fellini's films. And great to have a further track to add to Sophia Loren's discography.

Just HAD to buy this having seen the film! Fabulous, lusty, sexy and upbeat, this is a blaster of a cd you have to listen to while you're getting ready to hit the town/set off on the school run/go to work/at the gym etc etc. You'll even be singing the songs while you're asleep!
