A great album. I play it on my mp3 player more often than any other album I have downloaded. I recommend it to anyone who likes musicals.

There is no doubt in my mind that Les Miserables is the best musical ever. The sets are magnificent, the story a classic and the music and lyrics absolutley magical. Every time I hear this CD it helps me remember seeing the show several years ago, I thought it would be depressing, having read the book, but it was'nt, it was a wonderful affermation of humanity and of love conquering all. We are going to see the show again in Manchester in August and we will be playing this CD on the way there and on the way home. Buy the CD, see the show and be amazed.

This was the first time I had purchased music downloads via Amazon- having previously being an Iphone customer, for many years. However, I needn't have worried because, as always, the service from Amazon was first class.

Once again, this was a present for my wife who adores the music. Not all that fond of it myself, but it's pleasant enough - with a couple of worthwhile songs.




PS: the CD was bought after seeing the show for second time - we seem to go every 24 years.
